Get Registry Value

Gets an instance from the global registry.

Configuration:

• Dependency Name: the name of the dependency to retrieve from the registry
• Cast Type: the type to cast the registered value to
• Cache Dependency: optional caching strategy — useful if the value is accessed frequently in handlers
