Close SSE Channel

Fully closes an SSE channel by its name, disconnecting all connected clients associated with that channel.

Config

• Channel Name
  The name of the channel to close. All SSEController instances registered under this channel will be disconnected.

• Publisher
  An instance of SSEPublisher, which should be created once globally to manage broadcasting events across multiple clients.
